  The Law Foundation of Armenia was founded in 2003.
The main goals of the Foundation are: to assist to the protection of the human rights in the RA; to promote to the formation and development of the civil society, as well as the human rights and democracy institutes; to establish links and cooperation between the Armenian and Diaspora lawyers and law organizations; to assist to consolidation of the legal potential of the Armenian lawyers; to promote to the development of the advocate’s institute, to the development and improvement of the advocates’ professional skills and to consolidate the role of the advocates. It also aims to promote the establishment of the law schools and the faculties of law of the institutes in the Republic of Armenia, as well as to better organization of the educational process in the law schools and in the law departments of other institutes.
The Law Foundation of Armenia actively realizes its mission since the establishment. LFA in particular focuses its activities on the development of the advocacy institute and consolidation of the role of advocates, as well as on assistance to raising the level of professional knowledge of the students of law schools and law departments of the other institutes in the advocacy sphere.
 
In result of its activities the Law Foundation of Armenia has attained a great number of beneficiaries, stakeholders and partners. Currently the organization continues implementation of projects that are aimed at solving legal problems of republican importance.
